that are on my new homestead before I begin clearing it. I’ve also thought that it would be a great idea to be able to identify the wild plants, shrubs, trees, etc. There are many other plants that look succulent and tasty and I’ve wondered. I know the dandelions are (I’ve used the petals to make wine) and I’ve found wild raspberries and strawberries on the old homestead plus there’s something that smells like oregano growing wild that I’ve been curious about. ![]() Over the years, while working in the backyard or just sittin’, sippin’ on a mead or homemade wine I’ve wondered how many of the plants under my feet are edible. It might not look it, but there are (perhaps) dozens of wild edibles growing in this clearing.
